- Terms
- Net 30 day terms will be extended following submission and approval of completed
credit application. (Allow 3 weeks for credit to be approved).
- Otherwise initial orders must be pre paid or COD.
- Returns
- Books may be returned for credit within six months after purchase. No prior
authorization is necessary provided that you enclose an accurate packing slip which
includes invoice numbers.
- Credit will be issued against future purchases and may not be taken in cash.
- Credit cannot be given on non-saleable or re-priced books.
- Do not expect credit to be issued for at least three weeks following
receipt of the returns at our warehouse.
